The location was perfect, right by the tram. Lovely and clean room. Staff was helpful and accommodating. On-site restaurant offered delicious food. Amazing breakfast selection. Luggage assistance was excellent.

The staff at the reception were courteous and professional. Our bedroom was cozy and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after a long day of exploring. I especially appreciated the gratis mini-bar items which added a nice touch to our stay. Despite a few minor issues, the hotel itself was gorgeous and well-equipped.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway and we absolutely loved it! This place is located right in the centre of everything, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. We really enjoyed the restaurant for lunch; the food was delicious and the service was great. The room amenities were top-notch, especially the soundproofed rooms which made it easy to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel's central location was a big plus for us during our Christmas stay. Being right in the heart of the city made it easy to explore and enjoy the festive atmosphere. the rooms were not only beautifully decorated but also comfortable, with awesome amenities that added to the overall experience. We appreciated the attention to detail and the cozy feel of the hotel.
It was a bit frustrating to be woken up early in the morning and not have a quiet space during the day. It would have been nice to have been warned about this beforehand so we could have requested a different room.

We had an amazing stay at this centrally located hotel. It was perfect for our needs as it was right in the center of town, making it easy to catch trains to wherever we needed to go. The room was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. The staff were exceptional, providing us with helpful recommendations and making us feel welcome. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant on the corner of the square. a fantastic experience!
The pricing in the restaurant was a bit expensive, specifically the twenty-seven Euro sandwich.
